vacation accrual is not so easy as they seem. My company provides 40 hours of vacation after one year and the accumulated weekly (per pay period). Nothing seems to work correctly. Thanks!
you do not start with 2080 hours-40 is a holiday, then leave in 2040 the average person misses 5 days per year for personal illness ect magazines in 2000, working out perfectly
