Can a person with legal knowledge / experience to help me with my employment contract?

I live in California and has recently been offered full time employment here. I have verbally accepted the post, but have some concerns about the contract as it is quite contrary to what I've seen in this state before. I have included the "problematic" sections below, along with my concerns. Any advice would be very apprciated. 1) To submit a 120-day (two whole issue production cycle) written notice in case of resignation. (The employer is a small journal, so I understand the production issues, however, four months seems too long to expect an employee to stay on after resigning) 2) Leave time will be collected after 90-day trial period at a rate of 6.66 hours per month. All vacation periods can not be transferred to other years, and will not be used as extra salary. (I'm used to a 90-day trial period, but in every job I have previously stated, the accrual always started on Day 1 And no transfers?)

If you are in the Los Angeles area call the local bar association and ask the lawyer referred the service. For a $ 60.00 fee in southeast county area [Norwalk,] Whittier you get an hour consultation with a lawyer in this area. This will allow you to get a baseline response, while the ceiling of the upper end of cost.
