Is TVI Express a legal business?

I was just introduced to this multilevel business last night and "it looks too good to be true." If a company can provide me with a hotel / resort vacation for $ 250 each year seems a distant base. I know that's not what they are promoting, but since you can sign up several times it is just a part of the bid. Is this credible. Even when not the money come from to pay me to leave the travel board, and then leave the explicit table several times? If the money comes from the sign up fee than it is to break the law. From what I.ve taught for many years now past, is that some members of revenues must come from direct sales of her / his and the percentages of other members of direct selling in down the line. Otherwise this is a Ponsi scheme which can lead to imprisonment. I would taste anything input you could have. A second questionable aspect of this TVI Express is that it appears designed to fill very quickly. This could also lead to some wrongdoing.

I am not a lawyer got a MLMers and I am very familiar with what is and is not a legit opportunity. It is my opinion that TVI will not be around long, because I see the same potential legal questions you do. I also just do not think it is a good option, even if it is legal. Travel MLMs come under a lot of checks lately especially those who sell vouchers, discount cards or travel websites rather than individual travel. After having reviewed the bonus level I really do not see what kind of vacation you get. You get a $ 250 coupon. I imagine that the voucher can be redeemed for various vacations packages each with different prices. I may be wrong, like I said I did not quite crawl product. It seems to me that they try to make it seem legit by saying that you buy a $ 250 travel voucher and when you do to buy yourself into the biz free (not their words, but the only argument they could try to do). There seems to be no retail markup on the ticket, and you only get paid by filling a matrix, so the only way to make any money is to recruit. Based on my understanding of the laws which would make this a ponzi scheme tries to hide himself MLM. Except that the bonus plan is Goofy. Have to fill a matrix before paying anything is just stupid. I do not like binary, dies or something with "spillover" because it just encourages laziness and get people to believe that they can do the bare minimum and someone elses efforts will make them a success. Are you looking for a good MLM or was just curious from TVI? If you're looking I can recommend several that I know are stable and legitimate. Just email me.
