If you feng shui your apartment bedroom wrong, it can make you have insomnia?
I have a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment on the second floor in my complex. My bed room has white walls, but I have decorated the walls with a bright yellow world map (because I like to travel) is a Van Gogh "starry night "(I love stars and painting soothing), a poster of" Kissing the war goodbye "and some quotes on the wall. I have a midnight blue duvet for my goose-down and metallic yellow satin pillowcase 4 my pillow. Since I have feng shui-ed my apt, I have not been able to sleep as I am used to. Before, as soon as my head hit the pillow I would pass out. Now, it's a complete struggle. I dont know where my bed is, but it faces the wall with the card and the Van Gogh painting, so I see those posters when I wake. I used to have just a white goose down and white pillows. Are the colors messed me up? What am I doing wrong?
Yes, bright colors is Yang energy and will certainly disrupt sleep. None Orange colors, red, yellow, etc. In addition, books are Yang energy and will give you insomnia. I think the card is Yang as well. You want to balance Yang with Yin, too much yin is bad as well. Van Gogh is one of my favorite artists, but his stuff is too phrenetic for a bedroom.
