Is it legal to bring alcohol in luggage (not CarryOn bags) even when you're flying drink ..?
Hiii, k this may be a stupid question buutttt .. My boyfriend and I go on holiday next year (we live in Canada) to the States. We are both 19 and are legal drinking age here. But in the countries they are drinking age is 21 What I want to know is, is it legal for us to alcohol in our luggage (not CarryOn bags you take the aircraft), although when we are traveling in the drinking age is 21? Of course you can, you just have to dump it out before you go through U.S. Customs. Once you clear Customs, you can be arrested and repatriated to Canada. Just do not. It is not worth it.
