Can I bring laptop power on the airplane?
I travel for a few days. I know some aircraft have sockets that I can join in. With news rules and all, I am allowed to bring my laptop adapter with my hand or should I keep it in my luggage?
I use American Airlines having "cigarette lighter" style plug. I bought a power inverter and use my laptop charger almost every time I fly. Be sure to check with your airline so you know what type of plugs they have, and whether the plane you will be flying on the power plug installed. TSA requires that you remove your laptop from your CarryOn and put them in a bin at security checkpoints, so be prepared for it.
